helping leaders and individuals rebuild after the collapse

THE message

I know what it’s like to lose everything at once: family, home, marriage, career, savings, and to be buried under thousands of dollars in debt.

I know the shame of failing. Not once. Not twice. Multiple times. I know what it feels like to lose not only the life you built, but the person you thought you were supposed to be.

Then, I learned the most important lesson of my life: how to rebuild when there is nothing left to rebuild with.

At the bottom of the pit, when there is nothing left to lose and nowhere left to fall, you find out exactly who you are.

I work with leaders and organizations navigating their own version of that pit. Not to help them survive it, but to help them build something better from the rubble up.

THE NEW BOOK

MOS: A Manual for Life After the Collapse

Foreword by Brian Tracy

I wrote this book for the unseen and the left out. For those for whom the system has never worked, and who never had the luxury of counting on a structure that was never built for them in the first place.

Your pain was not in vain. Every tear you shed has watered the soil for the harvest yet to come. With every single collapse, you did not just break; you learned how to rebuild.

In a time when the system is crumbling, a powerful truth is revealed: there is a group of people who already know exactly how to navigate these rough waters. You are the ones who were built for this storm.

About the Author: Pablo is a psychologist, data analyst, keynote speaker, and DEI chair. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, his perspective has been shaped by living across three continents. WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

Real voices. Real Transformation

Miss Daisy (Founder)

“Pablo’s message, ‘no one is coming for you,’ was delivered with such compassion and vulnerability that it felt both deeply personal and universally relevant. He has a rare ability to hold honesty and humanity in the same breath, dismantling limiting beliefs while inviting the audience into greater self-responsibility with grace. A magnificent, deeply human speech that I believe will stay with many for a long time.”

Kim McInnes

“Pablo’s speech was incredible. Grounded, real, and deeply engaging. He created a sense of warmth and psychological safety that allowed the message to truly land. An inspiring talk with relatable, practical takeaways, the kind that reconnect you to your own power.”

JiaYou Lee

“The absolute gold of Pablo’s message is the Immigrant Operating System. A world-class concept. He took something often viewed as a struggle, an accent, a history of constant displacement, and completely reframed it as the ultimate superpower: the ability to adapt, survive, and thrive in multiple realities.”
