KEYNOTE SPEAKING
A psychologist on stage, A leadership chair with a message that has been earned.
What happens when you combine more than 20 years of training, psychology, data operations, and lived experience across three continents? You get a powerful perspective on how modern organizations actually work and how to survive the breakdown.
As a data analyst, leadership Chair, and psychologist, I have spent decades studying human and operational behavior. I bring a unique perspective that’s needed now: Our old ways of working are obsolete. It is time to update the Operating System.
Why this room. Why now
Most speakers in the resilience and leadership space theorize about collapse from a distance. Pablo has lived it. Family. Spouse. House. Job. Savings. Identity. Lost at once and rebuilt across five countries. The talk that comes out of that experience is grounded in clinical psychology, behavioral science, and the kind of honesty most stages do not allow. Audiences do not leave with applause. They leave with a decision they have been postponing.
Four talks. One message. Different rooms.

The Day 11 mindset
Why waiting for the rescue ship is the most expensive habit in modern leadership, and what to do instead.
The Minority Operating System

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
From the room

Miss Daisy
Pablo’s message, “no one is coming for you,” was delivered with such compassion and vulnerability that it felt both deeply personal and universally relevant. He has a rare ability to hold honesty and humanity in the same breath. A magnificent, deeply human speech that I believe will stay with many.

Kim McInnes
Pablo’s speech was incredible. Grounded, real, and deeply engaging. He created a sense of warmth and psychological safety that allowed the message to truly land. An inspiring talk with relatable, practical takeaways, the kind that reconnect you to your own power.

JiaYou Lee
The absolute gold of Pablo’s message is the Immigrant Operating System. A world-class concept. He took something often viewed as a struggle and completely reframed it as the ultimate superpower: the ability to adapt, survive, and thrive in multiple realities.

Moni Kami
Pablo shared such a difficult story in a time of global uncertainty. We need leadership that stands up against what is wrong and says what needs to be said. Tactful, firm, and empowering. The truth must be told: no one is coming to rescue you. So be brave. Stand up and be counted.

Darryl O’Reilly
Nobody is coming? Powerful opening. A strong story that lands the message: no one is coming to save you, you have to save yourself. Easy to listen to. Others saw the strength in Pablo before he saw it himself.

Angela Malakai
What an inspiring speech and such a pertinent message for where we are today. Pablo is an inspiring and enigmatic speaker and I was engaged the whole time. I will leave today remembering that “nobody’s coming” and that’s ok. I’ve got this.
