"You Can Learn To Live A Better Life"

"It takes courage to live an extraordinary life."

how it Started

My childhood was a blend of sports, church, and piano lessons, set against a “Hunger Games” version of survival in the South American countryside alongside more than 50 cousins.

After moving to the city to study psychology, I balanced academics with side jobs while starting a band and a music school with close friends. My path eventually led me across South America and Europe, including a period serving on a humanitarian ship, before I relocated to the United States. In the US, I spent over a decade in entry-level roles spanning construction, hospitality, and retail before breaking into the corporate world.

... and...

These diverse experiences, combined with my background in psychology, behavioral therapy, and neurolinguistics, shaped my deep interest in human behavior and organizational systems. My first corporate role was as a Supply Chain Manager for a healthcare organization. Following a change in ownership, I was appointed as the organization’s Administrator, where I oversaw operations for seven clinics, a surgical center, and an IPA with hundreds of physicians.

...now

Following a sabbatical to travel and author a book, I pivoted into Data Analytics. Today, I am an Operations Analyst for a multinational company, evaluating global business risks. I also serve as the Chair of the Latino and Hispanic DEI Group, where I focus on developing leadership and fostering cultural community within the organization.
